Demo Software - Licence Agreement

1. General

  * Copyright of all demo software, documentation, designs, ideas
    by Kieren Johnstone.  All Rights Reserved.
  * The author does not guarantee that the programs are free of errors and
    is not responsible for damages that are caused by using the software,
    it's documentation, or the accompaning parts.  The user should not use
    them they are aware of any problems.
  * The software should not be used for illegal purposes.
  * The software should not be decompiled, reverse-engineered, etc.

2. Demo Versions Rules
----------------------
  * The demo versions are free for private and educational non-commercial use
    only.  Other use required prior confirmed written permisson from the author.
  * Demo versions of the software, documentation, accompaning files, etc. should
    not be distributed on CD-ROM, floppy disk, over the internet, etc. without
    prior confirmed written permisson from the author.
  * Demo versions of the software may not be sold commericially or otherwise,
    without prior confirmed written permission from the author.
  * Distribution of registered versions of the software is strongly
    prohibited!


By installing and running the software you are accepting this agreement.
